Sand beach:
Atalis
Talis or Atalis is situated 5 kilometers from Es Migjorn Gran.
The beach is between and Racó des Cavalls, close to the villages of Santo Tomás (in the west) and the derelict Torre de Son Bou or Esfondrada.
This coastal corner is the western part of the 8 hectometres of the low coast leading to Playa de Son Bou in the east.
The Atalis beach is very small and is surrounded by steep rocky areas with no vegetation.
Agricultural land borders the beach in the southwest.
The sandy beach is exposed to wind from the southwest - south/southwest.
There is moderate swell, crystal-clear water with some areas of seaweed.
It is not generally crowded.
Access by car is via the Playa of Sant Tomás.
You may leave your car on a free parking area by Sant Tomás.
To reach the beach at Atalis, you have to walk on a track along the coast.
