Macar d'Alfurinet
As you can see from the photographs on this page, this beach has a carpet of enormous pink pebbles along the coast.
It is siutated near Cala Pilar.
Getting there?
In order to reach this idylic place, you have to take the main road between Ferreries and Ciutadella, and then turn towards Cala Pilar on the camí de Sant Felip (close to kilometre 34).
You will have to leave your vehicle at a point that is about half an hour from Cala Pilar and can then enjoy the stroll to Cala Pilar from there.
This short walk leads you through a beautiful scenery at any time of the year.
Another option would be to reach Ets Alocs and then walk along the coast line.
