Parking meters

You will find parking meters in the "blue zone".

This is almost the entire inner-city area.

Unless recent changes have been made, the following fees and times will apply:

Monday through Friday	9.30 to 13.30 o'clock 17.00 to 20.00 o'clock	0.10 Euros per 12 minutes 0.55 Euros for one hour 1.15 Euros for 2 hours
Saturday	9.00 to 14.00 o'clock	0.10 Euros per 12 minutes 0.55 Euros for one hour 1.15 Euros for 2 hours
Sunday and holidays	-	free

Payment is possible in cash or with credit card.

So you've got a ticket because you were staying a little bit too long?

Don't worry!

There's no need to pay the 40 or so Euros the ticket claims.

Get a ticket for 4.00 Euros from the parking meter.
Tear off at the dotted line and keep the receipt!

Put the ticket into the brown envelope that you get at the meter and introduce the slip into the slot at the bottom of the parking meter.
